We have two clinics.

Our speech pathologists meet with children and their parents/carers at our clinic located at 115 Queen Street, North Strathfield.

Our speech pathologists meet with adults at our clinic located at Level 1, 85 Queen Street, North Strathfield – on the corner of Queen Street and Wellbank Street (entrance on Wellbank Street).

Both our clinics are located opposite North Strathfield train station (T1 North Shore, Northern & Western Line), with on-street parking available on Queen, Wellbank and Waratah Streets. We are a 2-minute walk from Concord Road (buses M41, 458, 459).

We are open Monday to Saturday, from before school or work to late in the day.

Banter Speech & Language Banter Speech & Language
Banter Speech & Language is an independent firm of speech pathologists for adults and children. We help clients in our local area, including Concord, Rhodes, Strathfield and all other suburbs of Sydney’s Inner West.

Banter Speech & Language is owned and managed by David Kinnane, a Hanen- and LSVT LOUD-certified speech-language pathologist with post-graduate training in the Spalding Method for literacy, the Lidcombe and Camperdown Programs for stuttering, and Voicecraft for voice disorders. David is also a Certified PESL Instructor for accent modification.

David holds a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney, where he was a Dean’s Scholar. David is a Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia and a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP).

How refreshing from other professionals who tend to take the ‘leave the complicated stuff to the experts” approach with parents, such as ‘here’s a dumbed-down information leaflet for you because we like to treat parents as if they’re not very bright’.
