What your child will learn
- Joining simple sentences into compound and complex sentences with the right conjunctions
- Correct use of commas around clauses, so longer sentences stay easy to read
- Varying sentence openings and length for better flow
- Editing their own writing to fix run-ons and sentence fragments
Suited to students whose writing is still mostly short, simple sentences and who are ready to build more sophisticated sentences.
